This sounds fantastic: Jharkhand postmen to deliver tea, newspapers too - The Times of India: "In Jharkhand, the postman not only brings mail, but also sells Assam tea, and soon he will also deliver daily newspapers, as the postal department attempts to shore up revenues in the face of competition from private courier services."

Gadget Brando sell an electric drink stirring cup - they demonstrate it with coffee and milk, however, I'm sure it would make a successful Tea and Milk stirrer for those who a) Like pointless gadgets, b) Have lost all their teaspoons, or c) want to impress their friends. Oh, this is good! The moment you get your first sip of the hot tea is divine. It's soothing, relaxing, calming, but invigorating at the same time. It's so full of flavour, it's ever so slightly sweet, and not at all bitter, unless you've over stewed the tea. It tastes great without milk, without sugar, without honey, although those can be added if you've got a sweet tooth.

The tea is sent directly from India and took about 2 weeks to arrive in the UK. The tea itself is packaged in a brown paper bag, which is sealed in a silver foil bag. The tea is much coarser than your average (off-the-shelf) tea, although not as large and leafy as Monkey Picked Tea. Nb. Shown in the picture is the excellent SmartCafe Hot Cafetiere Mug - excellent for one cup cafetiere coffee or tealeaf tea - the plunger keeps all the tealeaves / coffee at the bottom. It's available at John Lewis and other stores.

Khaleej Times Online are suggesting that drinking 6 - 10 cups of tea per day can help lower the risk of a number of chronic deseases: "Experts say six to 10 cups per day can help in lowering the risk of a number of chronic diseases, claims a book."

Marks and Spencer English Breakfast Teabags - "Bright, Rich and Refreshing". 3 - Medium stength. The tea is a blend of Assam teas from Northern India, and other teas from the Rift Valley in Kenya. On the side of the box it says the teas are ethically sourced. Click image to view larger version.

The tea is quite refreshing, with quite a fair amount of flavour, definitely more flavourful than PG Tips, but it's not as nice as some teas I've drunk. I'd say it's one of the nicer cups of tea, but there are probably better teas, such as Yorkshire Gold etc.

New Building - we've recently moved offices to a new building. With a whole new building we get a while new kitchen area - it even has a new boiler - so the water quality seems much better here than where we were previously. We've started using proper (semi-skimmed) milk (none of that horrible UHT milk), and Tea quality has definitely improved.

We've been drinking PG Tips - Pyramid Tea in the office - it give a fairly good cup of tea, but it does seem to need a bit of work (stirring) to get the flavour out, and the flavour isn't very distinct.
